Join Social Value US for an upcoming public debate on a timely question for the social impact sector: 

Should nonprofit and foundation impact reports be a matter of public record? 

This session will explore:

  • Privacy 

  • Reporting burden 

  • And unintended consequences in impact reporting 

Featuring Tris Lumley, Director of NPC Open for All, and Dana Brakman Reiser, Centennial Professor of Law at Brooklyn Law School, the debate will be followed by a member discussion on what this means for nonprofits, foundations, and the broader field of social value.
